Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the add7 website accessible at add7.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on add7 or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other product available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by add7 before processing certain account actions including first withdrawals.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated and displayed.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion available through the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the add7 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the add7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance is continuous — it applies to every session in which you use the Platform, including any session that takes place after an amendment to these Terms has been published. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

add7 reserves the right to decline service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that the individual's use of the Platform would breach these Terms or any applicable law.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on add7 and to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. add7 does not permit any individual below the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register Accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through add7's own tools or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false details during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.

During or after registration, add7 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and proof of your nominated payment method.

Account Management

Each Player may hold only one Account on the add7 Platform. If add7 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same identity or under different identities — all duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonuses credited to those Accounts will be voided, and add7 reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated from Wagers placed while a duplicate Account was active.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes generated for your Account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. add7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify add7's support team immediately via the live chat facility available through the Platform. add7 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation.

add7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

1. There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
2. The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
3. KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe;
4. add7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance;
5. The security or integrity of the Platform would otherwise be compromised.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the add7 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). add7 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Wallet within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile financial service channels, subject to successful KYC verification. add7 does not charge a fee for withdrawals; however, you acknowledge that your payment service provider may levy its own transaction charges, for which add7 accepts no responsibility.

add7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before releasing funds. This may include requesting additional KYC documentation or a written explanation of the source of funds deposited into your Account. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held pending completion of such checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

add7 may from time to time offer Bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each Bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated to Players at the time the offer is presented.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific Bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual Bonus offer terms.
• Wagers placed using Bonus funds on certain game categories (such as live baccarat, roulette, or other low-margin games) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards the wagering requirement, as specified in the Bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, sold, or otherwise disposed of.
• add7 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any Bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of Bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the promotion.
• Players may not withdraw the Bonus principal itself — only net winnings generated from correctly wagered Bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to the wagering requirements being met.

Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the add7 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the product in question — cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games (Dragon Master, Blocky Block), or any other product. Product-specific rules are available within each product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

A Wager is considered confirmed and binding once add7's system has accepted the bet and issued a confirmation reference number. Players are advised to verify their confirmed Wagers before each session. add7 accepts no responsibility for Wagers that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or incorrect stake entry by the Player.

add7 reserves the right to void any Wager where:

• The Wager was accepted due to a manifest pricing or system error;
• The event to which the Wager relates is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered before its conclusion;
• There is credible evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity related to the event;
• The Wager was placed in breach of any provision of these Terms.

In the event a Wager is voided, the Wager stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet. Voided Wagers do not contribute towards Bonus wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the add7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register an Account in your name;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or exploit Platform features;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal their origin;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting;
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with any part of the Platform's code, data, or infrastructure;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits through your payment provider.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the add7 Platform — including but not limited to the add7 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game artwork, promotional graphics, written content, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of add7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of add7.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing agreements. add7 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, add7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

add7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any specific game or product will function without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or individual products for which add7 accepts no liability.

The total aggregate liability of add7 to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

add7 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with the add7 Privacy Policy, which is available at add7.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

add7 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers. However, the absence of such a notification does not affect the validity of the amended Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which add7 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and add7 arising from these Terms or from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. add7's decisions on matters of game outcome, Wager settlement, Bonus eligibility, and Account management are final and binding, save in cases of manifest error. Manifest errors will be corrected within a reasonable timeframe upon written notification by the affected Player to add7's support team.
